Wire Nail Making Machine is a High Speed Machine which is used to manufacture Iron Nail. This is Fully Automatic Machine which requires Electricity or Generator.   

There are 6 type of Nail Making Machine is available in the market. The types are depending on the size of nail.

The N1 Model Produce .5” to 1.5” Nail.

The N2 Model Produce .5“ to 2” Nail.

The N3 Model Produce .75” to 3” Nail.

The N4 Model Produce 1” to 4” Nail.

The N5 Model Produce 1.5” to 5” Nail.

The N6 Model Produce 2” to 6” Nail.

  There are three types of Machine require for Nail Manufacturing Unit.

C. Grinding Machine 

 HB Wire is one and only Raw Material for Nail producing. There are different types of HB Wire. It starts from 1.2 mm and ends on 6 mm.

  The best Wire Nail Making Machine depends on two main things. The first one is Construction & Main Drive and the second is Crank Shaft.

Construction: It should be made of High Grade and Heavy Duty Steel. 

Crank Shaft: This part have 4 bearings for smooth running of the Nail Making Machine. The quality and grade of the bearings are most important.  

 The minimum space require for Installing a Nail Making Machine is 100 sq ft.  

  The electricity power required is 220V to 440V. Single Phase / Three Phase with 1440 RPM / 960 RPM.
